Ira Ohm, founder of Zen Den Yoga School believes that “not only the wealthy deserve to be healthy”. We welcome people of all demographics and physical abilities that can practice and learn yoga in a nurturing, loving environment. Here at Zen Den Yoga School, we provide all different types of yoga classes, and training including Ashtanga Vinyassa, Sivananda, Hatha, iyengar, Yin, Restorative, and many more.
